Anise Hyssop Seed

$7.00

(Agastache foeniculum)

Anise Hyssop is a great herb that’s easy to grow that seems to prefer full sun, to part shade. Sweet, licorice flavored flowers and foliage. Pollinators really love their beautiful purple flowers. We like to snack on Anise Hyssop while working around the garden as well as dry the leaves and flowers late in Summer for delicious tea to drink in Winter. A beautiful and functional addition to any food forest. Seems to prefer at least 5 hours of sun but can possibly get by with a little less. Grows to around 3’ tall.

Sow seeds 1/8 inch deep and mulch lightly. Germinates in 5-14 days depending on weather.

100 seeds per pack.

Hardy to zone 4.
