Butternut trees are beautiful and not as common as they once were due to a fungus called Butternut canker. Also called White walnuts, their nuts are creamy, delicious and more mild than black walnuts. These seedlings are grown from a large local tree we gather from. Butternuts can grow to around 60’ tall x 45’ wide. They are beautiful trees.
Hardy to zone 3.
1st year bare root seedlings are around 2 feet tall.
